After collecting Hammer material and other film material for over 30 years I always thought it a terrible waste that only I would ever gaze upon these images so I decided to create Monsters From Hell which at the time was one of a small few magazines which covered Hammer and other classic horror films. Lots of magazines and books have been published on Hammer over the years, but most concentrate on using the same old publicity shots churned out dozens of times. This is where Monsters From Hell is completely different. All materials on this website are directly from my own collection unless otherwise stated.

Monsters From Hell first appeared way back in 1995 as a magazine devoted to the great Hammer Films. The magazine was mainly an information source for fans and other interested parties and printed the latest news relating to Hammer, whether it be production news, merchandise such as books, DVD, exhibitions etc.

The magazine also included some very rare photos (most never been in print before) and articles on old and new productions.

After a short gap I decided to resurrect Monsters From Hell, not only as a printed magazine, but also as a website where fans could get up to the minute news as soon as it happened.

Monsters From Hell will include news, information on the latest productions, a merchandise section on Collecting Hammer, product information such as DVD'S and other related merchandise, Stills and poster galleries which will include never before seen images from my own personnel collection. These sections will be updated regularly with new material once a month. Other sections will be included over the next few months.
